We took a beautiful day trip south, about 90 minutes to Lake Balaton, and then took a leisurely drive along the north shore, stopping occasionally for photo ops. We ended the day in Tihany (pronounced “Tee-hahn”), the touristy Lavender Town on the large peninsula jutting out into Lake Balaton, and it was positively gorgeous! Here’s our day in photos…
