🇮🇪 @homebasebelgium we love Star Wars! It was a dream come true to visit Ireland and step foot on Ahch-To filming locations for The Last Jedi:
🏜️There is so much to see and do in Wadi Rum, Jordan! It is one of the most beautiful places on earth, with the most friendly and welcoming people hosting you there. Book a jeep tour to see some amazing rock formations, go hiking to the highest point, learn about Bedouin culture and history, go sandboarding, watch the sunrise and sunset with delicious sage black tea made on a tiny desert fire, ride camels, dance around the fire to Bedouin music, eat delicious food (vegetarian friendly!) and sleep under the stars. If that isn’t living, I don’t know what is! You can also go lux and spend the night in a bubble - I want to do that next time! Come see why Wadi Rum is such a hotspot for filmmakers as well … do you recognize these areas from Star Wars, The Martian, and Dune?
