😵‍💫 Torrassa metro station in Barcelona is dizzying! There are so many escalators to down, I lost count. Do you know how many there are?
🪨 When visiting Barcelona, don’t miss Montserrat, just a one hour drive outside the city and a perfect day trip. Montserrat stands for “serrated mountain” and it’s easy to see how these mountains got their name.
🇪🇸 The Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona is the best place in the world to catch a matinee musical performance…why? Because it has the most natural light of any theater! Designed by Gaudi’s teacher Lluís Domènech i Montaner and inspired by a flower garden, the details of this luscious concert hall are sure to dazzle! Every one of the 2,200 seats is a perfect view of the stage. Playing here is a mark of an artists’ career! There is only one style of music that can’t be shown here - do you know what it is?
🎶 How would you like to see a matinee performance here, in the most dazzling, well lit (with natural light) musical palace in Spain? It was such a pleasant surprise on my visit to Barcelona - it blew me away! And the coolest thing? It was built by Gaudi’s teacher!
